Xiangxin 20ft expandable container house from one of China's earliest prefab manufacturers (est. 1993). Expands from transport size to 37m2 living space. Steel frame structure with container-based design. Roof load 0.3KN/sqm, floor live load 1.5KN/sqm, wind load 0.5KN/m2, earthquake resistance up to Magnitude 7. Every unit designed for easy transportation and quick installation. Features pre-installed bathroom, kitchen, electrical and plumbing systems. Suitable for villas, dormitories, and temporary offices. Production capacity of 100,000 tons yearly.
